Courttv and Vinnie lost a lot of credibility in this case IMHO too much trying to straddle the fence.

The lesser included charges still required her to have hit him with her car. Two MEs and the ARCA experts testimony leaves reasonable doubt. Forget about butt dials, google searches, phones destroyed, deleted phone calls, and the horrible investigation it all leaves multiple areas of reasonable doubt.

Once again, bladders, platter. It's probably a woman that doesn't like Karen that's being catty and she can't handle it. The judge and the the fence should have asked for a change of venue to another place someplace where it's not so biased. The whole town is so divided that Justice would never be done there's no way she's guilty of doing anything. They couldn't prove it.

That instruction was way less confusing than the original one that bias judge gave the jurors

The jurors are NOT suppose to go on their emotions in deliberations period! They are suppose to follow the evidence! And there was sooooooo much reasonable doubt in the prosecutions case

What would motivate anyone to go in reverse at a high speed? Why did Karen call Robert's at 5am and say John is dead, maybe a plow hit him? The only reason is murder. To me that evidence is solid evidence.

I would love to know for the jurors that thought she is guilty how they're going to feel once they learn everything that we know.

I had continuously to say that this is going to be a hung jury. Proud to say " boya, I called it" lol I don't know why nobody else saw it. The state of Massachusetts has been divide. I don’t know if she did it or not. The evidence as I understand it doesn’t add up to her doing it. However CW claims she did. They r smarter than me (although they way they handled the investigation I ain’t so sure. Pretty sure I could have done better). But what I do know without a doubt CW hasn’t proved to me she did do. In fact the only thing CW proved was there was multiple scenarios as to how this could have occurred.

She’s guilty! She was highly intoxicated, they were fighting and on the verge of a break up. She was furious, backed up, hit him and took off. Maybe not intentionally but she is responsible for John O’Keefe’s death. The real tangible evidence points to her guilt. The framing defense is nothing but smoke, mirrors and deflection. GUILTY!!

Youre supposed to have a lot more common sense and expertise than youve displayed during your coverage of this trial.
